CASA PARADIAS is a large luxury modern family villa which sleeps up to 10 (using one cot and one portable bed). The spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, its own heated pool, with fast WiFi, aircon and superb games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and much more. The villa is situated only 20+ mins drive from Faro airport in the lovely unspoilt low cost Eastern Algarve. The villa is outside the village of Moncarapacho close to Estoi and Olhao with plentiful shops and restaurant choices. From the villa you can acces wonderful beaches, beach islands and golf within 10-15 mins. There is an excellent bistro restaurant just 800m from the villa - a gentle 12+ mins walk.
CASA PARADIAS is set in a beautiful half acre garden with several terraces, large BBQ, boules area. The large pool is heated FREE OF CHARGE April to end October using an electric heatpump ensuring you a warm pool whenever you visit. The pool has night lights and roman end for easy access. It is surrounded by a fully furnished pool terrace with padded loungers, tables and chairs. There is deep shade to both the front and back of the villa for hotter months.
The games room has pool table, darts, table top football, electronic hockey game and table tennis. Something for everyone we hope.
The villa is situated just 2.5 miles outside the small village of Moncarapacho in a countryside setting with other luxury villas, all in minimum half acre plots, close to Quelfes/Olhao, 26kms from Faro airport in the very beautiful, low cost, sleepy and unspoilt Eastern Algarve. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 30-35 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions and 20 minutes from Faro airport.
The villa is of outstanding executive quality with marble floors, stylish modern furniture and aircon. The south facing 10m x 5m pool (heated April to end October) FREE OF CHARGE has night lights and is surrounded by a furnished terrace with loungers, table and chairs and a beautiful well established garden. There is shade for hotter months. There is a second patio with tables/chairs and BBQ and boules area. Casa Paradias is gated with plentiful off road parking. The basement games room has a pool table, table tennis, electronic hockey game and table top football. Fun for everyone.
This villa really is exceptionally spacious. You will not be disappointed. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms and a very large ensuite bedroom with kingsize bed. There is a further very large ensuite bedroom with kingsize bed on the first floor, with its own furnished terrace. All rooms have floor to ceiling cupboards and there is a digital safe in the villa..
The large spacious lounge / dining area comfortably seats 10 and there is satellite TV with BBC/ITV, free fast WiFi, a DVD player (which also plays CDs), and doors to the pool, terrace and garden.
There are 3 fully tiled luxurious bathrooms with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and handwash basin. (Two are ensuite) There is a 4th shower room with toilet and basin. The first floor ensuite bathroom has a corner bath.
The kitchen is large with marble surfaces, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and is fully equipped for 10 people. To the side is a breakfast area with large table and chairs. In the utility room is a washing machine and importantly, second drinks fridge.
There is a portable cot and a sturdy portable/folding bed in the villa, which can be placed anywhere, allowing a maximum occupancy of 10. If using the cot all we ask is that you supply your own linen. Highchair also provided.
There are some truly glorious beaches and beach islands nearby, many which are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being at Fuseta 7 kms away. There are five golf courses all within 15-30mins, including the championship Quinta de Cima, Ria, Benamor and the new Monte Rei. There are a further 5 golf courses approx 35 mins away in Spain and most central Algarve golf course in Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago can be accessed within 25+ mins.
Just 800m from the villa is an excellent bar/bistro restaurant offering low cost food and drink, just a 15 min gentle walk or 2-3 mins by car. Highly recommended!
Within the village of Moncarapacho 5 kms away there is an excellent supermarket, 2 mini markets, daily fresh food market, cash machines, petrol station, pharmacy, post office, bars, some truly excellent restaurants, cyber cafe and other local shops. Moncarapacho also has an excellent museum. Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, superb restaurants and boats to islands.
This is a wonderful location in which to enjoy a luxury villa in the unspoilt, low cost Eastern Algarve, away from the hussle and bussle.
Heated pool April to end October, free fast wifi, all linen/towels (except for cot linen), weekly maid service,and linen change, up to 8 beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own and services of local English/Portuguese/German speaking manager who will meet you soon after arrival at the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday. There is an obligatory extra of £85/wk for aircon (cool and warm) and local manager services.
Car hire essential and we are happy to provide recommendations.
The villa is only 20+ mins from Faro airport. However Seville airport is only 1 hr 45 from the villa, Lisbon 2.5 hours. Not a problem hiring cars in Spain and bringing them into Portugal.
THINGS TO DO, PLACES TO VISIT
The villa is within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve), Estoi (with its Rococo palace newly developed into a Pousada, and Roman ruins), Olhao (fishing port, markets, restaurants and shopping), Vila Real (16th century town on the Spanish border) and much much more. 5 miles away is the lovely beach of Fuseta with boats to beach islands.
From Fuseta Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat/train to many truly superb offshore beaches. Seville can be reached within 2 hours, Cordoba is 2 hrs further on, , Lisbon is approximately 2.5 hours away. The roads and motorways are excellent.
Alternatively within 30 mins driving west you can access major central Algarve towns and attractions .... or you could just relax around the pool and enjoy doing absolutely nothing - as so many of our guests do !!
For those with quieter tastes the nearby Ria Formosa National Park offers excellent walks, extensive beaches and birdwatching. Flamingoes seen in cooler months and all year you can see the Portuguese water dog with webbed feet.
There are some really lovely places to visit - you will not be disappointed. This is a truly unspoilt and inexpensive part of the Algarve. Come and enjoy!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Casa Paradais all the facilities were great. Would definitely book again. Thank you for a fabulous stay :)
This is the best villa we have ever stayed at. We were 6 adults and 2 children ( 8 & 10) and there was something for everyone (the games room went down great with the highly competitive adults!!). The kids only got out of the pool to eat. The villa is spacious and very clean and had everything you could possibly need.
Sue, our villa manager, was great. She couldn,t do enough to help - which we needed quite a lot of due to an unfortunate accident at the end of our holiday. She was always available and full of useful information. Daniel kept the pool immaculately clean.
There was a good selec tion of local supermarkets & restaurants and plenty of places to visit - but you will need a car. You really must go to Marias (the little reastaurant at the end of the road - only a short walk). The food was excellent value and she was lovely.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and we are looking forward to going back in the future.

Great villa in a quiet location. Paula and Steve who manage the property porvided plenty of information about supermarketes etc, We did have one very minor problem which we texted them about and it was dealt with immediately, what a great sevice.
I miss waking to the smell of the flowers and going for a swim first thing in the morning. And the pool lights in the evening - a delight.
The Casa Paradias is a lovely villa with well equipped and large bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The neighbourhood is only partially finished, so we were able to spend nice quiet holidays, like we wanted. Unfortunately we found out, that rollerblades are not useful because of the road’s condition. The local food was delicious, wine good and the prices very reasonable. The local managers were very nice and helpful.
The property itself far exceeded our expectations. It could be seen as an advantage that some surrounding properties in the development have not been completed and are unoccupied. It is very peaceful but the approach roads are potholed and beware of missing drain covers!
The managers were very helpful when required, always friendly and very useful in advising on places to eat at or to visit.
If you do have a GPS then take any directions it gives you with a pinch of salt. The managers suggested routes may be a mile or two longer but will avoid potholed tracks winding through fields.
The surrounding area is largely unspoilt by tourists. We had a very pleasant, relaxing time and will certainly return in the future.
