Casa do Mar is a well-appointed beachfront self-catering apartment that offers guests the comforts and tranquility of home. Located on an upper floor on the seaward side, the apartment is bright and sunny, and with its large glass wall and glass doors, as well as wide windows, the space enjoys strong natural lighting at all hours of the day. There is a spacious balcony with great views of the sea and the area around. As the apartment faces away from the street, noise is not an issue and guests are sure to enjoy a good night's rest.

The property is equipped with amenities that ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedroom has two twin beds, a good-sized wardrobe, and opens to the balcony through glass sliding doors. These glass doors allow a sea view from the bedroom. The living area has a sofa which can be converted to a bed for the additional guest, a flat screen cable TV that has both numerous local and international channels in various languages, and a sound system. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, electric kettle, cooking ware, and other utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are also available in the pantry. There is well-stocked tea and coffee corner that includes a Melitta coffeemaker, quality Portuguese coffees (ground, instant), and various teas, in leaf and in packets. Wifi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Just 20 minutes from Lisbon and easily accessible by car or public transport, the apartment is ideal for a short beach getaway and relaxation after exploring the city and nearby sites. It is also an ideal place to stay for those wishing to simply enjoy the sun, the sand, and the sea. The property is close to restaurants, stores, supermarket, banks and other services. Also nearby are surf schools and bike rentals. On Sundays, there is a street market on the square right next to the building. Our guests can also enjoy a special discount for spa and other thermal packages in the thalassotherapy place right in the same building.
