Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the lively little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfe Mar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away. The resort also has it's own pools, Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack Bar.

This superbly appointed villa is situated in a tranquil position and the Vale do Milho Golf Course is within throwing distance! It is the perfect spot for your family to relax and forget about the worries of the world.

The house is immaculate throughout, with quality decor and furnishings. The living areas, kitchen, a twin and double bedroom and Family shower room with WC are at entrance level, with a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Hairdryer provided.

The open plan Lounge Dining room has comfy sofa and armchairs, a large flat-screen smart TV, a selection of reading books, enclosed log burning fireplace, and air conditioning. Sliding patio doors leading to covered a terrace and private garden.

There is a fully fitted and extremely well-equipped kitchen with modern units and tiled walls, stainless steel sink unit and drainer, oven, hob and extractor unit, washing machine, integrated dish washer and fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen there is access to a small courtyard area, ideal for drying laundry, and stairs to the spacious roof terrace.

There is a built-in sound system – plug in your iPod and listen throughout the house – including in the bathrooms! Each room has its own volume control and on/off switch.
The villa also has the luxury of electric shutters throughout which can be controlled individually by a button next to each window, or all shutters can be opened by a master switch inside front door. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned with fitted wardrobes, and in addition to 3 en suite bathrooms the villa also has a Family Shower room.
Free Wifi is provided via fast cable broadband internet.

There is a covered terrace with breakfast table and chairs, and a large lawned garden surrounded by mature shrubs and mature trees. Snuggled in a secluded corner is a fabulous hot tub.
The barbecue area with a brick-built gas barbecue with tiled surround and cupboards beneath is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, with a large outside dining table with seating for 8 people, plus outside lighting. From the garden there are great views across the Vale do Milho Golf Course.
**Use of the Hot Tub needs to be by prior arrangement in order to heat the water, and there is a small additional charge.

There is also a terrace on the roof with superb sea views, a table and chairs and outside lighting, ideal for secluded sun bathing, or to watch the sun go down.

Within a few minutes stroll the Clube Golfe Mar complex has communal gardens, communal pools and Lighthouse Bar and Grill Restaurant.

There is an independently owned pool on the complex that Clube Golfemar guests may use, subject to the following conditions:

-The pool area is free of charge to use.

-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;

-Sunbed rental is available for 5 euros per sunbed, per day;

-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or chairs into the pool area;

-There is no obligation to use a sunbed;

-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided can lay on the grass in the designated area provided;

-No food and drink can be consumed in the pool area unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant. Snacks and drinks for babies and toddlers are permitted.

There is ample car parking to the front of the property.
Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

Baby equipment can be rented for a small fee and we can also arrange airport transfers and car rental. This can all be arranged directly in advance of your arrival.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Air conditioning/ heating is optional for an additional charge of 225€ per week.
Use of the Hot Tub is charged at 66€ for the first week, or part week, and 7€ per day thereafter.
*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.

Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.
