The villa is located in Agia Napa, Opposite of famouse Nissi Beach. All restaurants, shops , clubs and etc are only minutes walk from the villa. Lunapark is only 15 minute walk, waterpark 5 min drive, all night life is only 25 min walk from the villa.
There is varied selection of bar, restaurants, tavernas, just on our door step so you will be really spoilt for choice.

Due to its location there is easy access to various activities so you can choose the type of holiday you desire with very little effort.
There are daily boat trips from the harbour, also parascending, jetski hire, banana boat and flying mattress outings.
