Kayapark F4 Apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 storey apartment. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a shower room for the other 2 bedrooms. Air-conditioning is fitted throughout. There is a balcony off the lounge and a roof terrace off the main bedroom, which is ideal for secluded sunbathing. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen equipment. The washing machine is situated in the shower room. The lounge has a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa, TV with local programmes and a DVD player. There is a seating area for eating between the lounge and kitchen. Bedroom 1 occupies the top floor with a king size bed, 2 double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with fitted double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a bath/shower and toilet. On the balcony there is a table with four chairs and the same also on the roof terrace. Four sunloungers are available for sunbathing. Towels and linen are included although not towels for the pool or beach. There is a lovely shared pool, plus children's pool and an outside pool shower. There are 2 sun loungers for use either on the roof terrace or by the pool. There is a caretaker who maintains the pool and garden area.

A few minutes walk away are a number of local shops, tennis courts and a waterpark. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach and promenade. Or catch the local bus service from the main road, a few minutes walk away. Calis Beach is suitable for everyone with a sandy and shingle beach. It is quiet and peaceful with a good selection of waterfront bars, cafes and restaurants. Also the perfect place to watch one of the spectacular Calis Sunsets with a cold drink in hand! Calis also has a waterpark! Enjoy the weekly Sunday market in Calis and grab a bargain (remember to haggle)! Nearby, along the promenade is a water sports centre where you can hire or have instruction in windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing.

The historic town of Fethiye with its marina, daily cruises, local restaurants and weekly market can be reached by a 10 minute dolmus (local bus) ride. Or take the water taxi from the bridge in Calis and enjoy the cool 20 minute journey by boat into Fethiye Harbour.
Fethiye is the local town and the people are very friendly and hospitable. There are lots of delicious restaurants catering for all cuisines. A good selection of shops which stay open all day, until late at night. Fethiye is situated around a stunning bay, surrounded by beautiful mountains and the Aegean Sea. Every Tuesday is the local market selling fresh fruit and vegetables, handbags, shoes, clothes and much more. Or try the local village market every Friday for fresh fruit and vegetables direct from the local villages. The fish market in the centre of Fethiye is worth a visit, where you choose your own fish and have it prepared by a restaurant of your choice.

Travel by local bus (dolmus) to Hisaronu and Oludeniz. Takes around 15-20 minutes. Hisaronu is a resort with bars, shops and restaurants at the top of the hill from Oludeniz. Travel down the hill and you will find the worlds most photographed beach, the blue lagoon, with its breathtaking turquoise waters. The lagoon is on the right side and a protected area so there is a small charge, but the free beach is on the left side. Watch the paragliders landing on the beach from nearby Babadag mountain from one of the beachfront bars or restaurants.
