The long sweeping drive leads to the house. Safe and secure for families with small children, electric gates to the villa ensure privacy and safety at all times. The house offers very comfortable accommodation. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, one double with an en suite bathroom. There is a family bathroom. There is a large lounge and dining area. The lounge having a fireplace for the cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with the addition of an extra fridge for all those summer beverages. There is partial air conditioning for your comfort.

The shaded outdoor dining area is perfect for getting together at mealtimes. Relax away the hours, sitting on one of the terrace sipping your favourite tipple or relaxing in the pool. If you wish to party to the wee hours of the morning, you will not disturb the neighbours, since they are not too close by! On the other hand if you are looking for peace and privacy you will find it here. The villa is rustic with much charm and character. It enjoys a good aspect with a slightly elevated position, keeping it cool for summer months! The garden has shaded terrace areas and huge grass areas for the more energetic that may wish to have a ball game.

Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro are all within a fifteen minute car drive away. San Pedro just five minutes, Banus ten minutes and Marbella fifteen minutes. So excellent location for all .....
