Entrance Floor: You have a long corridor with plenty of storage space, open plan kitchen / dining / living room which leads out to your spacious balcony where you will eat ,drink & relax. First bedroom is a double, also on this floor is a wc/shower room. In the living room you have your own unlimited wifi router and a smart tv
Top Floor: The 2nd bedroom is a double with private sun terrace, 3rd bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms have access to the 2nd bathroom which has wc, bath and shower.

There are 5 Outdoor shared pools while the villas also have private pools, 3 children's pools, a private tended beach with free sunloungers and umbrellas, a restaurant, snack bar, pool bar, a mini-market, Turkish Hamam & beach volleyball court, childrens playground, car parking, on site WiFi internet and 24hrs security and onsite management available. Tours and car hire can be arranged on site or when booking and all manner of water sports are available on your doorstep where you can learn to scuba dive, para-sail, kite surf or windsurf. Villa & holiday management
This property is managed by Property 4 Sale Turkey, they will handle your booking, check you in and be available to you during your stay. When you make your booking they arrange extras, reserve your airport transfers which cost from £80 Dalaman return, arrange a welcome pack from £20, book car hire, mid holiday cleaning etc. These can all be booked via email in advance of your holiday and paid for on arrival. The villa is cleaned prior to arrival, but clients must pay £35 on arrival to cover cleaning cost on departure. There is no mid term clean as standard but this can be arranged for £30. The property is non smoking but you can use the outside areas such as the balconies
