The apartment has air conditioning throughout and provides heating in the cooler months.

A lift takes you up to the apartment.

The Bedroom has a king size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. Fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, drawers and shelves. Dressing Table with mirror. Patio doors lead to the balcony.

The Lounge is furnished with armchair, sofa, which opens into a double bed, coffee table, television, DVD player. Patio doors leading onto the balcony.

The Complex
Regina Gardens 3 has a secluded communal swimming pool furnished with sun beds and umbrellas.

There are toilet and shower facilities to the pool.

The Area
Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Only five minutes from the bus stop where there is a regular bus service to take you all over Paphos.

The beach at Coral Bay is only a 15 minute bus ride and the Harbour is a 10 minute drive or 40 minute walk.

There is plenty to do and see close by or if you prefer you can spend your time relaxing in the beautiful complex.
