There are 3 steps leading up to the property and 3 steps leading down to the patio at the rear of the property. The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs. Large patio area at rear (south facing), 2 patio tables, 8 chairs, 2 parasols, 2 sun loungers, hammock, built in barbeque,
swimming pool approximately 5 metres x 12 metres.

Activities
Various beaches are a short drive away. Peniche is only 12mins and this is a well-known seaside resorts. It has a reputation for surf and sand with a harbour where you can find many fish restaurants. Foz Do Arelho and Obidos lagoon is about 25 minutes away with calm, shallow water in the lagoon and surfing waves on the Atlantic. Baleal beach is again stunning with many facilities. The bay of Sao Martinho do Porto is ideal for families with many bars and restaurants.

There are many golf courses within 30 minutes, Praia Del Rey was voted the best in Portugal is only 15 minutes away. It is simply stunning with the first half winding through the pines and resort, and the back nine skirting the beach and the Atlantic. Golden Eagle a new but fantastic course again about a 20 minute drive, and Campo Real about 45 mins. Further courses are near Lisbon, such as Riba Golf (2 courses), Belas, Penha Longa, Oitavls Golfe and Beloura, among others
