A beautifully renovated traditional riad on three levels with 6 en-suite bedrooms (3 double, 3 twin) All rooms face onto a sunny central courtyard. The property is beautifully decorated with objects from around the country, The riad has a relaxed, cozy and homely feel, allowing guests to feel at home at once.
The riad is located in the Medina, only 5 mins from the medina wall. It is only short walking distance from many restaurants, galleries, the souk, harbour, ramparts, cafes and the beach. It is also 2 minutes from parking facilities and taxis.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/breakfast room, large open dining room with fireplace and an open living/patio area with big fireplace and many plants.
The six bedrooms are situated on the 1st (3) and 2nd floors (2) and 3rd floor (1), each with its own bathroom.
The lovely sunny terrace is on the 3rd floor, and has a very comfortable wind protected shaded seating area fantastic with kitchen for having breakfast, lunch and even dinner. There are 2 higher terraces both with wonderful views over the medina and sun-loungers for sunbathing.
There is a 300 pound refundable security deposit to pay in cash on arrival. This will be refundable within 7 days of departure, assuming there are no breakages.
