Located in Torrenueva, this light and bright newly refurbed 3 bedroom villa is in an amazing location for your Costa del Sol vacation.

Situated over 3 levels this villa has a private pool and garden for you to enjoy.

If you enter the villa from the street level you enter on the middle level of the house. You have a kitchen, living room/dining room, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. This opens up on to the large balcony with dining table and a gas bbq.

Take the stairs down to the lower level and you have a second living room which is big enough to add extra portable beds for up to 2 persons if required (to be requested in advance), there is also a small gym and a full bathroom. The living room opens up onto a large terrace which runs the length of the villa. There is also a laundry room on this level and a separate full kitchen, with hob, microwave and oven as well as another big fridge for keeping the drinks cold in the summer. There is the option for the owner to attend to provide adhoc massage and reflexology services in the massage room on the lower level of the villa, this will be closed unless services are booked in advanced.

On the top level you have a bedroom, with ensuite and a balcony.

The large balcony is a great place for al fresco dining with the large BBQ. What a great place for the family to get together to relax under the Spanish sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering vacation for those who do not wish to eat out and wish to dine alfresco at home.

There is on street parking outside for those with cars.

With pristine blue flag family friendly sandy beaches including, Playa El Bombo and Playa La Cala de Mijas you can relax and enjoy a cooling dip in the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea. The Senda Litoral – the coastal pathway currently runs from La Cala de Mijas towards Cabopino and eventually it is to join up with Marbella and Fuengirola. Take a scenic costal walk and along the way, stop off at the beachside chiringuitos for a cooling drink or to savour the fresh seafood cooked over a wood fire.

For those looking for a golfing vacation, La Cala de Mijas is surrounding by golf courses including La Cala Golf Resort with its three 18 hole championship courses, America, Asia and Europe.
