Located in the beautiful and friendly village of Dalyan which is set in a conservation area close to the Turquoise Coast of Turkey and the famous Istuzu beach (Turtle Beach) one of the top (protected) beaches in the world and home to the carretta carretta turtles.

I am a recently retired Chartered Surveyor having spent the bulk of my career working for the Inland Revenue.
The Villa was purchased so that we could spend 6 months of the year in Turkey, avoiding the worst of the British winter and 6 months of the year in the UK.
The villa is not therefore a "holiday home" but is furnished and maintained as our home, all of our previous renters have remarked on how welcoming it is because of this very reason.
