Windsor at Westside Resort is a new and prestigious collection of Single Family Homes just 15 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features a Resort Clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children s playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The Clubhouse features is 0.8 mi from the house a 10 min walk or a 3 min drive, also a full-service restaurant and bar. This community has it all, clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kid's water playground, fitness center, volleyball courts, a sundry shop, and a video arcade. This is an ideal location it offers easy access to Disney World attractions and many others theme parks in the areas.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated parking spaces.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

POOL SPA HEATING There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. A code will be provided for access please. There is a game room under the garage.

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) The Charcoal grill if free upon request.
