***POOL SPA HEATING - POOL FACING NORTH There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm

PARKING There is an active towing policy in this community. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces. This driveway can fit up to 3 cars.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
