POOL SPA HEATING - SOUTH FACING POOL  There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.   

**PET POLICY   Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed   $150 Pet fee for each animal   Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.   Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged   

**SMART TVS IN ALL BEDROOMS/ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN   **GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING   Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road. This house features a game room inside the living area. 

There is no Movie Room feature in this house.  

 ** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR   We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill  If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements.  The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm  Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. -
