The entrance is via the front garden and leads into the spacious hallway, the fabulous kitchen is straight ahead and is fully fitted with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine (Bosch) and separate dryer. This opens out to the large sitting and dining room, with comfortable corner seating, table and chairs, TV with IPTV offering numerous TV channels in several languages. There is also a workstation in this room, a large fireplace and large sliding doors leading to the covered terrace, pool and sun terrace.
The south facing 9 x 5 m private pool has walk in steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace. There is a covered terrace closer to the house with seating and an outside dining table. There is an outside shower and also a barbecue area, sunbeds and a swing lounger.
The three bedrooms are accessed via a door off the entrance hall. A bedroom with twin beds and a double bedroom share a ¨Jack and Jill´ shower room, there is a separate WC in the entrance hall, the master bedroom has a large en-suite with walk in shower and a full bath and WC, dressing area, king sized bed, a TV and access to a terrace.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The well known Restaurant “Rio de Oro” is less than a 10 min walk from this fabulous villa. The medieval village of Calonge, with its castle and regular festivities, including many musical concerts, is less than a 5 min drive, the beach at San Antonio is a 10 mins drive. The village of Calonge has a choice of supermarkets, butchers and bakers as does San Antonio.
