Villa Katrin
Our family Villa Katrin is located in the suburbs of Split, Dalmatia, outside the hustle and bustle of the city, in the quiet town of Klis, below the famous Klis fortress (Meereen - Game of Thrones).
This wonderful modern Villa consists of 5 bedrooms for a total of 10 people , a living room connected with the kitchen and dining room. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Every bedroom has air conditioning and an internet enabled TV.
GROUND FLOOR
Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with two air-conditioners
ROOM 1: double bed 160x200, air conditioning, shower and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR:
Internal stairs leading to 4 bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, a large double bed and a private bathroom.
ROOM 2: double bed 180x200, air conditioning, shower and toilet.
ROOM 3: double bed 180x200, air conditioning, shower and toilet.
ROOM 4: double bed 180x200, air conditioning, shower and toilet.
ROOM 5: double bed 180x200, air conditioning, shower, bathtub and toilet.
OUTDOOR
POOL: 40 m2 pool with a glass edge with a view of the city and the sea. Hot Tube for 5 persons.
Grill with outdoor furniture and dining table. Fitness room.
PARKING: free private parking inside the building. Available to guests.
The entire accommodation is intended exclusively for guests.
OTHER NOTES
Pets are not allowed . Smoking is not allowed in the building.
Observance of house rules and rules of polite behavior is mandatory.
