This 3 bedroom family villa is located just a few minutes walk from Sandy Bay and 15 minutes from the world famous Nissi Beach.
The harbour and central area is 15 minute walk away.
Within a 2 minute walk there is a fruit market, bank, cafe, resturants and mini market.
The villa has a private pool inclosed by a mature garden with olive, lemon and orange tress.
The villa comes with air-condition throughout.
WiFi and international TV system showing live sports, movies and news.
Outside you will find sun lounges to soak up the Cypriot sunshine. There is also a bbq station and table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining area has seating for 6 with patio door leading out to other patio area under the olive tress.
