The villa is built over two floors and the entrance is a via a small private garden leading from the community garden.

Ground floor:
The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and a dining table. The sitting room area has a TV with a sofa and chairs, this leads to the south facing, enclosed private garden (with shade and sun) with a garden table and chairs. There is a shower room with WC and a washing machine on this level, one bedroom with a single bed.

There first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a pretty little balcony. There is a full bathroom with bath. The roof terrace has sun all day with view of the private garden and communal gardens. Built in BBQ.

Parking is on site.

The communal swimming pool is surrounded by pine trees and lawn and is shaped in a figure of "8" with one part being shallow and the other deeper. The whole community is enclosed and with the large communal areas is ideal for children.

The beach is an easy 800m walk and is a huge 3,5km sandy beach with sand dunes and plenty of beach and sea activities. There is also a super walk to reach other restaurants and small shops. The golf club is a short 5 mins walk and the tennis club a little further at 15 mins. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants at the beach.
