Nestled in the charming coastal resort of Carvoeiro, Casa do Vale stands as a perfect hideaway for discerning travelers seeking an upmarket family retreat, this exclusive 4 bedroom villa presents a luxurious haven with panoramic ocean views and a variety of amenities to ensure an unforgettable holiday experience. Available at this villa is - for private use - a tennis court which doubles up as a small football pitch with football goals, a putting & chipping golf green, a heated swimming pool, fully equipped gym, games room with pool table, darts board and playstation 4. As a guest, you have far reaching ocean views from the poolside terrace and balcony of the master suite.

Interior: the villa's interior exudes contemporary charm and functionality. A fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a smart TV, sets the stage for culinary adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drinks chiller, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, blender, double fridge freezer, 2 integrated ovens & grills with an integrated microwave. There is a hot water tap and a breakfast bar with 4 stools.

The dining area seamlessly connects to the poolside terrace, while the air-conditioned living room offers plush sofas, a large flat-screen smart TV with entertainment options, and a LG sound system for ultimate relaxation. Channels include BBC, ITV, Sky channels, thousands of channels from around the world including football and also movies and TV series on demand.

Entertainment options are limitless within Casa do Vale. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining, accompanies a poolside bar/games room equipped with a bar area, TV, Playstation 4, pool table, and even an American pinball machine, offering hours of entertainment for guests. The pinball machine is a true original and will cost the players one euro per game. All other games equipment is of course free of charge and included in the rental rates.

The air conditioned gym is extensively equipped with a rowing machine, spinning bike, treadmill, multi-trainer, free weights, weights bench and punch bag. The smart TV in the gym can be used for music, Youtube, Netflix or other TV channels during your workout.

There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the whole villa, all included in the rental price.

Bedrooms: the four bedrooms, each adorned with sophisticated decor, provide comfort and privacy. The first bedroom, the master suite, situated on the first floor, offers a spacious retreat with a super king-size bed, a private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the ocean, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a superb large Hansgrohe shower and double vanities. There is a smart TV available with full Sky+HD package.

The second bedroom is the family suite with a living area with sofas and a smart TV with Youtube, internet access, Netflix options etc. This suite has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has an Emperor sized bed, a smart TV with full Sky+HD sports and movie channels, patio doors to the pool terrace and a smart TV with Netflix channels, double wardrobes with safe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a smart TV, doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The adjacent garage has a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests’ disposal.

Outside:
From the electric entry gates you enter the grounds of Casa do Vale. There are more than enough parking spaces for vehicles. Alongside the driveway is the tennis court, which is also equipped with football goals. Next to the tennis court, on one side, is a unique putting green with a chipping area and 6 holes. On the other side of the tennis court, next to the fruit trees is the lovely outdoor kitchen available with a BBQ area, table and chairs for 8 persons, as well as a pizza/bread oven, microwave and grill. The side of the villa contains its own vegetable and fruit garden where you are welcome to pick your own herbs, fruit and vegetables.

The poolside terraces are furnished with 8 sun loungers, a hanging chair, a fatboy lounger, various seating areas, table tennis and a heated jacuzzi with ocean views - perfect for the sunset. The use of the jacuzzi is included in the rental price.

The private swimming pool measures 11,5 x 4,5 meters with a steps entry and it can be heated (extra charge). To keep the pool water at temperature there is also an electric pool cover available that must be used at night. The depth of the pool varies from 1 meter to 1,90 meters.

Surroundings:
Casa do Vale sits close to the Vale do Milho golf course and Rocha Brava village. A leisurely stroll or a short drive leads to Carvoeiro town center, with charming restaurants, bars, shops, and the picturesque Carvoeiro beach. Or walk to the coast, past Praia do Vale de Centeanes and the famous Algar Seco caves along the cliffs. For guests that enjoy golfing, the Vale do Milho golf course is very close, as well as the 18 hole golf courses in the Carvoeiro area such as Gramacho. Families can easily visit the Slide and Splash water park or the Zoomarine aquatic park within a close driving distance.
