The villa is located on the hill above the town of Paroikia and the port of the island, and is characterized the simple and spare style of Cycladic architecture. It has 4 master bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two single beds), a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a possibility for a small extra charge, to accommodate two additional people. Outside, it is surrounded by a large terrace where the villa's swimming pool, the outdoor living room and dinner table are located, with unlimited view to the sea and the city. At the back of the house is the parking lot,2 cars (also there is charger).

The villa is very close to the town, but its position on the hill requires a means of transport, car or motorbike, both for the supplies from the shops and for your excursions. So you will be able to have a relaxing and carefree vacation!
