Eco-Villa Tequila is freshly renovated, covering an area total of 2000 sq.m. The house is ocated at an altitude of 400 meters above the ocean level and gives you the opportunity to enjoy gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and whole city of Las Americas.
The villa has a beautiful garden, a large private swimming pool with panoramic views and two free parking spaces for 8 cars. (large pool with salt hydrolysis (no chemicals))
On its premises villa has two beautiful gazebos, two BBQ areas, a playground, numerous recreation areas and a beautiful garden
The villa consists of two houses with high speed WiFi:

1. Large main house with a separate kitchen, spacious living room and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people
   2.Smaller separate guest house with one bedroom and a living room with an American-style kitchen can accommodate up to 4 people.
   Two separate houses at the same location will make it able to acommodate a large company of up to 12 pesons.
   Such a layout will be also comfortable for companies with kids.
