This home is centrally located in the gated Tuscan Hills Community and is in easy reach of wherever you would like to go on your vacation!

The home has 3 well appointed bedrooms (one of which is en-suite). It also has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.
Outside there is parking for two cars at the front, and to the rear there is a private pool and deck area.

Our villa offers a private pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a games room and off-street parking.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer & dryer, iron & board, linens and towels. There are smart TVs in every room and cable TV in living room.

A central clubhouse in the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area for the children. Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, and is not far from Disney’s main gate.

There is a large family room with comfortable seating and flatscreen TV, dining area to seat 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. There are doors leading out to the pool area.

The fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery etc.

The master bedroom with a King bed is very spacious, and has s smart TV. The attached bathroom has shower, double-sinks and WC. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the pool area.

The large second bedroom has a queen bed, with a large smart TV.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and and a large smart TV.

The full family bathroom can also be found between the two bedrooms floor, and has a bath/shower, sink and WC.

The garage has been converted into a fun games room with a pool table to keep all the little kids and the “big kids” entertained.

The whole villa is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans.

The private pool has a child safety fence. Outdoor table and chairs have been provided to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a full meal outdoors, along with sun loungers.
