The apartment is located in quiet street in Valbandon opposite of the National park Brioni. It's only a 5 minute walk from the beach, sea and a pine forest. In the vicinity of the beach there are playgrounds for children, beach bars and volleyball courts.

The size of the apartment is approximately 42 m² , and newly and modernly equipped. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and closet overlooking the garden. As well as an adjacent bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The air-conditioned living room has a retractable couch, TV and from there is an door which leads to the balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee machine and a dining area.

The apartment has it's own fenced parking spot in front of the house.

There is a travel bed available for smaller children.

There is a market which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. At a distance of 900 meters there is a bakery, news-stand, greengrocery shop and an ATM. From Fažana, a 2 km, away there are organized tours to the National park Brioni, also there are excursions from Pula which is 6 km from the apartment. Also, at the beach there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant, but even more restaurant are in Fažana which is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
