The villa is walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants and the nearest beach is a also only 10-minute walk away. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk which will bring you to even more beautiful beaches and plenty of beach bars and beachside restaurants to enjoy.
The villa is modern and stylish, with lovely furnishings throughout. The open plan living-dining area offers a corner sofa and TV for indoor entertainment, with patio doors leading out towards the private pool. There is also a lovely little area for small children in the living room, with a table and chairs, and space for toys, making this property a wonderful choice for families. The dining table seats 6 guests and is perfect for dining indoors, or guests can enjoy brunch at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped with an oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer, making your stay as comfortable as possible. The ground floor also benefits from a WC, making it ideal for larger groups.
There are 3 bedrooms all with personal balconies. The twin room is perfect for friends or children and has a small veranda overlooking the front of the property. The two bedrooms to the rear of the property, both have double beds, and have verandas overlooking the garden and pool, making it a lovely spot for a quiet morning coffee. The master bedroom also benefits from a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and there is also a family bathroom for the other bedrooms to share.
The outdoor space is beautifully designed for a perfect holiday, boasting a spacious garden which has a lovely private swimming pool and 6 sunbeds so you can top up your tan whilst being steps away from a dip in the pool to cool off! Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor dining table which seats 6 guests and benefits from a large umbrella providing shade during the hotter hours of the day. It also an excellent spot to enjoy some drinks by the pool while the sun goes down.
