Villa Misto I

Villa Misto I is one of two newly built (2021) vacation houses on a 12000m2 private estate. We put a lot of effort in designing and decorating both interior and exterior of the house. One of the main goals we wanted to achieve was creating a home away from home to our future guests. A place to provide tranquility and privacy most of them miss in their busy everyday.

Misto I is a two story, single unit house and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom and each has a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and its islands. Four bedrooms and a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer are situated on the upper floor. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor, alongside open space living area (fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area), separate toilet and an outdoor kitchen with dining table and barbecue.
The front yard is dominated by a 52m2 heated private pool with whirlpool area, and a pool house with comfortable lounge area, separate toilet and outdoor shower.
By the main entrance to the house, at backyard, there's a private parking place for 3 vehicles.
