Beautifully Furnished home , 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. one being en-suite. Fully equipped house with good internet, electricity and water included in the cost.The apartment is located on the warmer side of Machico.

This apartment is above the main house and has a private entrance and access to parking.

The apartment is situated in Ribeira Seca and very close to our local Gym Escondidinho. The drive down to Machico central is easy and under 5 minutes. The walk down is anything between 45min to 1hour. There is a bus stop close by. Our buses are the SAM buses and are frequent and timely.

Once in the main town you will find everything easily accessible and really convenient. Machico has beautiful trails and levadas for hiking and trail running. there is a sand beach and a stone beach. 2 large supermarkets that service the entire of Machico and suburbs. The trip to the airport is about 10 minutes from your apartment and 30 minutes from Funchal.

Once in Machico you will feel relaxed and at ease every single day breathing in the fresh air from the mountains and seaside. Experience this dreamy town.

Hello, my name is Dina! Im originally from South Africa, born and bred. My parents are however from Madeira, Funchal and Machico. I arrived in February 2018 with kids and luggage with the intention to find something that would support my kids and I. Anew beginning for us. I became involved in Property offering to help give some grounding to a new guesthouse and I discovered that I was good at it. From here I founded the digital Nomad community of Machico , namely Remote Eastcoasters which later added an NGO Amparo Nomad Cultural Connection and from this a niche evolved and my idea of supporting locals with earning passive income was birthed. Today I am blessed to have property owners entrust me to take care of there spaces and add value by bringing in clients. This is just the short story as there are many twists and tales but perhaps a coffee and a chat and I could share the whole lot.
