This spectacular 5 bedroom Portuguese style luxury villa with sea views, spectacular outdoor terraces, a salt water swimming pool, 12 person Jacuzzi, luxury linens and towels and a beautiful private garden that you will never want to leave!

Just 1km from the center of historic Lagos, you'll be in the perfect location to explore the area's best beaches (Burgau, Selema, Luz and Meia Praia) as well as enjoy the great dining and shopping options.

Accommodation: 10 persons, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
The house has two floors. Upstairs you have two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a large wardrobe and walk-in closet as well as a private terrace, one with a sea view and one with a garden view.
You also have a game room upstairs with a 55 inch HD TV with cable, amazon and netflix.

Downstairs you have the kitchen, dining room and living room with another large 55 inch HD television.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is a chef, so you will find everything you could possibly want for cooking and baking, including a food processor, blenders, mixer, stove, oven and all accessories.

There are three more bedrooms downstairs, one just off the kitchen with en suite bathroom, wardrobe and private terrace. Two others are located on the right side of the house. One is a small children's room with 2 single beds and a large wardrobe (the bathroom is right next door, but not ensuite). The second has a large king size bed, private deck, en-suite bathroom and private deck.

The beds in the house are of the highest quality mattresses with premium quality linens and towels (Gato Preto, John Lewis, Linens Etc, Christian Dior)

Beds and sizes upstairs bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 - master bedroom: king (180 x 200) with en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds (90 x 200), 1 double bed (140 x 200) with en-suite bathroom

Beds and sizes downstairs bedrooms:

• Bedroom 3: queen size: 160 x 200 with en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 x 200) the bathroom is right next door, but not ensuite
• Bedroom 5: king size bed (180 x 200) with en-suite bathroom

There are two BBQ areas, one uses a gas BBQ and the other is an outdoor BBQ near the pool where you can use charcoal or small wooden pieces. There is also an outside sink and a small fridge for drinks in this area, making poolside dining easy.

We have a large outdoor dining table that seats 10 and another that seats 6, as well as a sofa that seats 10. At the pool you have lounge chairs for 10 and a trampoline for the kids to expend energy.

All rooms have their own air-conditioning unit, including the kitchen and living room downstairs, as well as the games room upstairs. However, with the windows open you almost never need to use the air conditioning in this area. It is rarely too hot in the house as it is built of thick stones and designed to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The villa also has an extra layer of insulation to the outside of the house so that the temperature is usually very moderate.

You are just across the highway from Boavista Golf Course and Praia da Luz beach. Many of the area's great beaches are only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Supermarkets are also very close by and the center of Lagos is also 5 minutes away. The charming town of Burgau is a 15 minute drive away and you can reach the west coast and Aljezur in around 30 minutes. Some of the best surfing beaches are also very close by.
