The neighborhood is a very quiet and peaceful place with an astonishing view and therefore perfect for those who love to relax in the nature. The place is ideal for climbers, as several climbing routes are in close distance. However, also beach lovers will enjoy the place due to the proximity to some of the islands most beautiful beaches. The lovely sand beaches Kantouni, Linaria and Platy Gialos are only a 5-minute scooter ride away. Within the same distance you can reach the supermarket, pharmacy, bike/car rentals, gas station, taxi station, bus stop, restaurants, and cafés. Kalymnos is known for its great climbing routes for good reasons. You can reach the nearest routes from the house by walking. Highly recommendable is a tour around the island to visit all the beautiful mountains, sweet beaches, and great spots to relax and have decent Greek food. You really should try Souvlaki and the delicious specialty Kalymnian Salad.
A 10-minute walk down the hill will bring you to the main road where you can reach the bus stop, a taxi stand and the car or scooter rental. I highly recommend you rent a scooter or a car as this is the best way to get around on the island. The name of the nearest scooter rental with the owner taking good care of its scooters is Theofilos.
This accommodation is also perfect if you want to work remotely during your stay in Kalymnos. As we have two designated workplaces and two computer screens which you can use.
