You can admire the I fach and the flamencos on the salt lake from the terrace and is within walking distance. All amenities are within walking distance and within a 20-minute walk you reach the Arenal-bol beach and the pleasant shopping streets. There is free parking in the street and on the sand car parks nearby.
For the children there is a very nice family park at a 7-minute walk.
