This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with its 2 spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The villa is designed with modern and elegant furniture, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, internet, television, and all the necessary appliances, including a fridge and oven.

The highlight of this villa is its private swimming pool, which is very spacious and has a heating system. The pool terrace is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, and even swings for the little ones. There is also a small children’s pool, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the pool. The pool and garden maintenance are done early every day by the assigned person, so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.

In addition to the luxurious pool area, Villa Acacia also features a Jacuzzi and a sauna for your ultimate relaxation. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the veranda or terrace while enjoying the beautiful views.

The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the sea and restaurants. The mini-market is just 600m away, and the centre of Kalkan is just 1km away. The bus station is only 2km away, and the airport is 125km away.

The villa is delivered to you clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning, new sheets and pillowcases, the staff in charge can do it for an additional fee. Please note that check-in time for all our villas is after 4:00 pm on the first day, and check-out time is before 10:00 am on the last day.

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price, as well as internet and digital platform access. Clean sheets and pillowcases are also provided up to the capacity of the villa.

Please note that transportation service, meal service, extra bed, and extra cleaning are not included in the price.
