Delightful self contained one bedroomed Apartment (part of a private Villa) situated within the quiet Urbanisation of Dona Pilar. The Apartment consists of an open plan Lounge/Dining Area/Kitchen, Double Bedroom with built in wardrobe, separate Shower Room and WC.Exclusive use of Terrace and Pool with Sun Loungers, Seating and Dining Area. There is a charcoal BBQ but we do ask that it is cleaned after use.All linen, towels and pool towels are provided but for longer stays, if you require fresh towels and bed linen you will have to wash these yourselves as this is not a serviced apartment.
The property is south west facing, taking full advantage of the glorious sunshine and stunning sunsets. Although there is no oven there is a portable hot plate,a microwave and a halogen oven so meals can be cooked but there are plenty of local restaurants to sample local cuisine.
Air con in each room and Wi-Fi. TV with Spanish, British and French channels.Self check system in with lock box.
Mosquito net above the bed and windows have mosquito mesh.
Conveniently situated between the town of Fuengirola and Mijas Pueblo (on a bus route). Hire car is not essential as there is Bus Stop is at Urbanisation entrance, Uber/Bolt taxis operate in area. Lew Hoads Tennis Complex is at the bottom of the hill where tennis and paddle board are available with on-site bar/restaurant.
There is a vast number of golf courses, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants within the area.
There is a small bar with Art Gallery on the Urbanisation which hosts evening entertainment at the weekends.
Frequent trains run to the historic City of Malaga, Plaza Mayor the Designer Outlet and buses run along the coast as far as Gibraltar and Ronda up in the mountains.
