Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 6000 TL will be taken from you upon arrival at your holiday home. This fee will be refunded to you if there is no disruption or damage during the general control, which will be held 10 minutes before your departure time.

Region and Features
In terms of its structure and geographical location, the Kalkan region is a settlement built on a high slope against nature and sea views. It is possible to go uphill to reach all the cottages and villas in Kalkan and its surroundings. Kalkan centre and villages are a quiet and charming settlement that combines natural beauties.

NOTE: There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, ants, flies etc. in all villas and cottages located in nature. Against this, it is regularly sprayed. This note is not related to this house, but is valid for all our houses located in nature.

Clean sheets, pillowcases and towel sets are delivered to you as cleaned as the villa's person capacity.

Cleaning during the stay belongs to our guests. Extra cleaning service is paid.

Pool and garden maintenance is done by the pool attendants early in the morning. (Except Indoor Pool)

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.
