It is simple to feel at home here with the grey walls and the striking wooden patterns.
The staircase connects the floors of the villa and passes through its center.
Bi-folding doors that connect the patio and outdoor eating area to the internal living room further open up this area.

Breakfast is especially enjoyable at the dining table where you can also view the earliest morning rays and the final embers of light.
The villa has two double bedrooms, one on each of the first and second floors.

The boat mooring is on a layer that is even lower than the one where the pool is located.
It is significant to note that there is a steep outdoor stairway that may be dangerous for some people to access these floors.
Going all the way down to the shore, you can rent boats for the day or the entire week if you like.
It's a dream to be able to travel from your bed to the boat in a few minutes, as long as you remember to pick up some sunblock and towels before leaving.
