Due to its recent construction, the villa will be spotless and ready for creating lifelong memories.

As you approach the villa, you are greeted with tall, white-washed walls.
You enter a quiet courtyard as soon as you enter the villa.
There is plenty of space to unwind with a heated outdoor pool in the middle of the courtyard and beautiful white sunbeds and lounge chairs placed all over the patio.
Along the perimeter, olive and citrus trees give a welcome burst of green to the mainly white surfaces.
After a morning spent tanning, take a cooling outdoor shower.
You can all assemble in the outdoor theater that has been set up and watch your preferred film under the stars.

The villa's interior is connected to the terrace via floor to ceiling glass doors.
Once inside, there is a roomy, open-concept living space.
The couch is on one side, and a flat-screen TV is mounted on a wall with warm wood paneling.
A terracotta rug, patterned pillows, and a grey corner couch facing the wall give the space a cozy feel.

On the other side of the room from the dining table is the kitchen.
The back wall of the kitchen is lined with wooden cabinets and kitchen appliances, while the side is marble.
Along with modern conveniences like a coffee maker, juicer, and toaster, the kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
You can restock the shelves from your phone by placing an online grocery order and scheduling a delivery window that works for you for an additional cost.
Or you may employ a private chef to meet all of your culinary requirements.
Centered in the kitchen is a large wooden dining table with twelve wire seats.
The kitchen and living room are lit by modern black lights that hang from wicker lampshades above.

A Finnish sauna is located off the hallway and is the ideal place to unwind after a day spent exploring the stunning coastline.
The bottom level also includes a family bathroom and laundry facilities.

There are five bedrooms upstairs.
The master bedroom is roomy and has a separate bathroom in one of the corners.
Above the plain headboard, colorful, abstract paintings hang from the wall, giving the space a fun, cozy feel.
On the same floor are three double rooms with queen-sized beds.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, lots of storage, and simple furnishings.
Two of the queen-sized bedrooms include window seats so you may relax with your favorite book in privacy.
Sharing is ideal in the fifth bedroom for youngsters.
One single bed is elevated over the other two in a stack of three single beds.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the property.

To relieve any remaining tension, a licensed masseuse is available for an extra fee.
Or try your hand at sailing and pay extra to charter a boat and skipper, or take a guided boat tour to see the Adriatic Sea. Do not be afraid to ask questions if you have any.

The outdoor cinema is connected to the bedrooms' surround-sound systems, allowing you to watch from either of the two bedrooms
Master bedroom on the second floor, with a king-size bed, a self-standing bathtub, an en suite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a terrace.
