The bottom level has an open-plan living and dining space with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that exhibit excellent views of your private pool area and across the Adriatic.
It is modern in design, fully air-conditioned, and spacious throughout.
Modern amenities including a flatscreen TV, WiFi, and a PS5 are available for guests to use.
The design is light and airy and features white and gentle grey tones with accents of teal and warm wood.

Additionally, a fully furnished kitchen with a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing excellent evening meals is located on the ground level.
On this floor, there is a separate toilet as well as one of the double bedrooms with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a TV.
