When you're hungry for something more substantial, you're in a prime position to visit some of the top eateries in the area, which are located around the beachfront.

This area of southern Italy also features a plethora of great towns and cities accessible by car, bus, or train from neighbouring Sorrento. Sorrento is 16 kilometres away and has everything you might want: cafes, restaurants, marketplaces, old buildings, and modest antique shops.

There are plenty of beaches and steep walking routes just outside Sorrento centre, where you may retreat to explore the olive or lemon groves on the hillsides.

Other towns and places worth seeing are a bit further away, like Pompeii, Salerno, and Naples, which can be reached in 90 minutes or less, and the gorgeous surrounding countryside.
