Cosmic Villas is pleased to provide this restored holiday property in Tuscany's Valdarno valley, which was initially a 13th-14th century fort. It is currently a premium, eco-friendly retreat or event facility for up to 16 guests.
The estate is divided into two homes and elegantly adorned with a mix of modern and traditional features and period furnishings throughout.
The main property has six spacious bedrooms with en suite baths, some with separate lounges, a fabulous modern kitchen, and numerous dining and sitting areas for the party to assemble. In addition, guests have access to a workout room with a sauna and jacuzzi and a large living room that can be readily converted for conferences.
The annexe has two more bedrooms, a lovely sitting area, and a wood-burning porcelain stove.
The estate grounds, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and woodlands, are ideal for entertaining, with a BBQ and pizza oven, a spacious patio and pergola with valley views, and a stunning pool.
