La Boisée - Un cadre idyllique et reposant
On the Eutrope Hill, a few kilometres south of Orange, you will find on a private plot of 2 hectares, the property: la Boisée.
La Boisée on 2 levels is dressed with stones combining Provencal and contemporary decoration, being able to accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably.
On the ground floor, a very large living room opens onto the terrace with outdoor furniture, a summer dining room and a view of the pool. The large living room has a bar area, a TV, a fireplace with insert and a dining area.
The kitchen of 20m2 is totally independent and fully equipped: oven, cooking plates, kitchen utensils, refrigerator... opening onto the second terrace with an arbour, well equipped for good meals under the sun and good barbecues.
A laundry room is also at your disposal: 2 washing machines, dryer, refrigerator, ironing equipment.
In the bedrooms, you will find cocooning spaces for a good night's sleep after a day by the pool or a day of sightseeing.
- Room 1: double bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200) with private bathroom, double washbasin, shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200), large bay window overlooking the outside
- Room 3: double bed (140x200), opening onto a covered and private terrace, with a bathroom communicating with room 2, equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a double washbasin and a separate toilet
- Room 4 on the first floor: double bed (180x200) or 2 single beds (90x200), bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. The toilet is separate.
Outside this charming house of 280m2 you will have access to a closed garden, to its two terraces with garden furniture, to a private swimming pool of 12,5 x 6,5 meters with its alarm, its deckchairs and its parasols. The Villa Boisée is above all an idyllic and relaxing setting for a stay with family or friends.
