The second section of the villa includes a second kitchen, an ample dining space, and three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and a double couch bed.

Traditional Salento stone walls are featured throughout, as well as outdoor dining areas for both split units of the villa, tastefully equipped with wooden tables and seating close to the pool and solarium area. Heating and cooling are provided throughout the properties.

There's also an outside grill area for entertaining and balconies on the second-storey villa units that provide panoramic views of the surrounding terrains.
