As you approach the villa, you will be struck by the charm and elegance of the ancient external walls and the lovely conical roofs. The owners have meticulously renovated these parts of the home to ensure that it mixes in with the surrounding scenery.

The elegant 400-year-old stonework is still visible, and natural light flows into the expansive, white-washed rooms. The interiors are modern and exquisite; in addition to the period features, fireplaces, and original materials, there is a stainless steel kitchen, top-quality furnishings, and contemporary bathrooms.

The living areas are on one side of the villa, and the bedrooms are on the other. The main living room is a sizeable open-plan space that includes a sitting area and a large dining table and extends into the kitchen. With doors leading to the garden, this is an ideal location for a group for an evening meal or a drink of wine. If the youngsters want space, there is a second living room with a TV.

When it's time to call it a night, there are four beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to choose from. Each room has its entrance from the courtyard, offering guests some extra privacy.

Monopoli, 9 kilometres distant by car, contains all you could need for your Italian getaway. This charming seaside resort features a wide variety of beaches. The main beach, Cala Porta Vecchia, lies adjacent to the old town walls. However, there are numerous smaller beaches, ranging from little swimming coves to sweeping sandy beaches with water sports such as kite surfing, diving, and snorkelling.

Monopoli is a historic town with a beautiful harbour and many remarkable attractions, including the majestic castle built in the 1500s and the gorgeous church. In addition, there are numerous shops, marketplaces, bars, and restaurants in town.

The picturesque village of Polignano a Mare is only 17 kilometres distant by vehicle, and the famed trulli town of Alberobello is 15 kilometres away.
