Six plus luxurious double bedroom suites and a total of ten bathrooms await you and your guests. This villa sleeps twelve people comfortably, with additional sleeping accommodation available if required. There is an extra charge per guest over 12 pax.

The master suite is king-size in all respects. Enjoying a fabulous position on the lower level, you also have private access to your sleeping quarters. The second room is a family suite, even with private entrance and a connecting room with two sets of bunk beds for up to four lucky kids.

Bedroom three enjoys a pool-side setting and bedroom six also has a private entrance. Suites four and five connect to an individual mezzanine level, featuring an additional double bed. This is another ideal arrangement for a family to share.

The cream, natural stone and pale wood-panelled interior at the villa flow throughout the estate, providing a superbly designed and visually soothing backdrop to every indulgent minute you spend here. Your luxurious living quarters comprise a large TV room for movie nights, an arcade games room featuring retro video and ride-on games and an ultra-chic kitchen-diner with breakfast bar and long dining table for all guests to share at mealtimes.

Being fully staffed, when you take advantage of the chef service, your delicious meals can be served at whichever dining terrace you select. The yards, all nestled on the perimeter of your private estate to make the very most of your incredible sea views, are cooled by the beautiful slatted shade from the wooden pergolas.

Finally, you have the marina. Fabulous yachts, boutiques, restaurants and hotels line this amazing people-watching arena. Pre-club bars are also in abundance.

If you want a more chilled-out, Ibizan beach club experience, head for San Jose or Cala Jondal, both just a short drive from the villa.
