This is a truly astonishing five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa in the southern tip of Menorca, nestled between the stunning bay-studded coastline.
The capital town of Mahon and the fabulous villages of Binibequer, Binidali and many more, all within a ten minute drive.
The stunning lavender-lined drive ends with a secure set of gates before entering the incredible villa grounds. Inside, the Moroccan style villa is full of character, featuring some typical Menorcan furnishings and local mares’ stonework. The living room has an array of very comfortable seating options, a beautiful open fireplace for the cooler evenings, and large doors opening onto one of the large patios which overlook the garden. The kitchen has a huge range cooker, plenty of granite work surfaces and a walk-in larder. There is a breakfast bar leading to a small dining area which is surrounded by sliding glass doors, allowing the light to flood into the villa, and opening out on to the outdoor dining area.

A large air conditioned private suite with its own entrance. External Facilities:
While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.
Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.
The thoroughly traditional Menorcan town of Sant Lluis is near to many different local attractions, including the Bodegas Binifadet, a fascinating vineyard with a dedicated restaurant on site. This central location makes it an excellent base from which to explore the island!
The size of the town makes it perfect to discover on foot, and it’s especially easy to explore given its grid system. Particularly worth visiting are the many beaches that punctuate the southern coastline, which the nearby S'Algar watersports club makes the most of!
