Villa is a luxury sea view villa with spectacular attention to detail, located only 600 metres from Tigaki beach.
With four deluxe bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, this is an ideal holiday villa for a family or small group of friends. The villa sits on extensive immaculately maintained private grounds, mostly laid to lawn with thoughtful planting of new trees and shrubs among the mature trees that provide the majority of the privacy the villa enjoys.
The villa has a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a garden view, a well-equipped gym room with hydro massage and a steam room cabin, a separate bathroom, and a laundry room.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two bathrooms on this level, as well as two doubles and one twin, two with stunning sea views and the third with a fantastic view of the mountains.
Stairs lead up to the second floor, where you will find the lounge, kitchen, and two fabulous verandas with one of the most panoramic views in the area — the ideal place to sit and enjoy the spectacular sunsets after a busy day lounging by the pool.
The kitchen is white, bright, and very light, with large patio doors leading onto a covered terrace area looking south over the mountains; the large dining table is on this side, and another smaller table is available on the other side of the kitchen overlooking the sea.

The villa is located 800 meters from one of the island's many long sandy beaches, Tigaki (10 kilometers long), possibly the best of them all with its shallow waters ideal for family fun.
Tigaki village, only 5 minutes walk from the villa, offers cafés, tavernas, and small local shops, and where you can catch the bus to other small villages en route to Kos town 11km away, the main city on the island of Kos, where there is a choice of café's, restaurants, shops, and nightlife to suit everyone.
Kos' culture arose from its rich ancient heritage.
The pedestrianized area of Kos's old town around Elefthrias Square is a fantastic place to meander and visit smaller local shops and cafés, admire the narrow streets and old buildings, and spend some of your holiday euros.
The harbour and promenade are more modern, and it's always entertaining to watch the boats come and go all day, every day!
The bustling harbour area is the modern town's focal point, but the truly magnificent Kos Castle of the Knights, the Nerantizia Castle, sits on the left as you enter Kos from the sea.
The perimeter walls, particularly the Nerantizia bridge, are well worth a visit; however, the area within the walls is currently closed to the public due to a devastating earthquake in 2017.
Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, was born on the Greek island of Kos.
The Hippocrates Plane Tree (one of the oldest trees in the world), under which he once taught, still stands in Kos town and is revered by many visitors each year.
The island is strewn with archaeological treasures dating back over 3000 years, the most significant and well-known of which, the Asklepion, 4km from Kos town, is well worth a visit, with fantastic views across to Turkey if you make it to the top of the stairs.
If you want to get away from the beach, the mountain village of Zia is less than a 20-minute drive from Tigaki; the views on the way up are spectacular, and the views from Zia itself are breath-taking.
The village is small but perfectly formed, with three quaint churches, shops selling local goods, and a number of cafés and tavernas.
If you have the luxury of being able to leave the villa until sunset, please stay for supper and enjoy the view from here. Mastichari, 22 kilometres from Kos, is an excellent place to sample fresh seafood; local fishermen fill the harbour daily, supplying local tavernas and surrounding villages with their daily catches.
Mastichari's signature cultural event, the local wine festival, is held each August for those who want to sample homemade wines, Greek delicacies, and music.
The beach is ideal for swimming and water sports, with windsurfing being a particular favorite.
