This elegant and attractive home is located in a tranquil area of Mykonos, and Cosmic Villas is proud to offer it.
The owners have carefully selected it to honour the eudaemonia ideology. This Greek term connotes an appreciation for the smaller pleasures in life, as well as a sense of personal fulfilment and thriving. The proprietors' ethos is centred on creativity, curiosity, and new experiences.
The distinctive white houses of Mykonos, which shimmer in the sunlight from the plane, are another source of inspiration for the villa. Traditional stonework exteriors are combined with the local heritage whitewash.
The "water lounge" is a sizable outdoor pool with tranquil turquoise waters where visitors can sip cool drinks while taking in the natural surroundings. While floating in an inflatable ring, take in the warm Mediterranean sun. The pool is encircled by fragrant flowering shrubs and stone walls that resemble fortifications. The poolside pergola offers outdoor living space where you may unwind with friends on the soft furnishings. Around the lunch table, guests can enjoy outdoor dining using the BBQ.
One of the most desirable places to unwind at the villa is the hammock area. Swing to catch glimpses of the Aegean Sea's dazzling surface via the stone-framed "picture" windows. The best place to see the renowned Mykonos sunsets is on the rooftop patio. The views of the towering hillside peppered with white homes and the vivid blue sea inlets are simply breathtaking.
At this home, simplicity is paramount, so the interior design of each bedroom is the same throughout the entire building. The bedrooms are soundproof and offer incredibly comfy beds with fresh linens in order to promote restful sleep. All of the rooms are designed in white, with elegant, softly curved furniture and light wooden accents.
The pillows with the cheery yellow pattern add splashes of colour. The remaining two rooms offer a choice of queen or twin beds, while the remaining four have queen-sized beds. Every bedroom boasts a top-notch audio system, and many of them offer views of the ocean. The bedrooms on the first level have direct access to the pool terrace thanks to floor to ceiling windows. White is also the colour of the ensuite bathrooms, some of which have Mykonos showers and others that have chic freestanding bathtubs.

This exquisite villa is located in the peaceful northern area of Mykonos called Kastro, within Fanari. Just a short drive from Mykonos town and the New Port and only 18 minutes from the airport, the location is very convenient for visitors. The panoramic views from the rooftop are truly dazzling - you can see the famous lighthouse that has an octagonal tower. The working lighthouse helps to direct traffic between the island and neighbouring Tinos. The views from the lighthouse at sunset are breathtaking.
Mykonos is one of the most well known Greek islands and is placed within the deep blue Aegean Sea in the Cycladic region. There's plenty to discover, from fine dining and fantastic shopping to world-famous beaches. The nightlife is excellent with an excellent buzz in the evenings. Nearby Fanari Castle is the only remaining Byzantine-era castle. Perched on a hillside, this fortress is the best preserved in the region and dates back to the 12th century.
Mykonos Town is arty, fashionable and has a myriad of narrow, winding lanes to discover. The beautiful white Cycladic architecture draped in bougainvillaea is delightfully picturesque. Matogianni Street is a great place to start, lined with cute boutiques and souvenir shops and with a bustling, romantic atmosphere. There are lots of interesting art galleries to check out in town, such as the Dio Horia.
The first sight that sea passengers see when arriving into Mykonos harbour is the array of seven windmills - instantly recognisable from postcards. Thought to have been built by the Venetians, they are a symbol of the island and used for powering local mills. Alefkendra Harbour - nicknamed Little Venice - is also very charming with its pedestrianised alleyways and coastal restaurants.
Of course, Mykonos is also famous for its dazzling beaches all around the island. The wilder, more isolated beaches are in the north, while the most popular beaches encircle the south. Elia beach is a superb choice in the south and is the longest on Mykonos. The beach is well organised and has a lively atmosphere. Surrounded by lush slopes and featuring golden sand and shingle, this area is great for climbing up for a superb view from the hillside.
Agios Stefanos beach is very close to both the villa and Mykonos town. Therefore, it is very popular in the summer months. Its turquoise waters are just dazzling, and guests can get stuck into watersports at this beach. Paradise Beach is where you'll find the best parties.
