Villa Del Sole is a pleasant and spacious two-story home which faces the sun and the sea and sleeps up to 10 people. From Villa Del Sole, you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and the of Gulf of Naples. Villa Del Sole is 120 metres squared (1290 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, a private pool, garden and patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and internet access.

Villa Del Sole is situated on the road to the Mount Faito, where there are stunning views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa is located in a small village and is 10 minutes' walk from restaurants, shops and public transport. The beach and the tourist port at Vico Equense are 25 minutes away on the local bus, 30 minutes drive from Sorrento 40 minutes from Pompeii ruins and Amalfi Coast.

To access Villa Del Sole, there are approximately 50 shallow steps. A concierge service is available, free of charge, to help you with your luggage on arrival and on departure. We recommend using a car whilst staying at Villa Del Sole, there is a private and free car park 30 metres away. The villa boasts a large roof terrace (60 metres squared), where you will enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. There is also a big patio (50 metres squared) on the ground floor. It is partly shaded by a walnut tree and is equipped with outdoor furniture. In the garden, there is a swimming pool which is equipped with sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor shower. The pool is 6 metres long, 5 metres wide and 1.40 metres deep. From the patio, you can access the main living/dining room and kitchen.

On the patio, there is a large dining table which can seat 8 to 10 people so that you can dine 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the beautiful views.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, kettle, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. In the main living/dining room, there is a table which can seat up to 8 guests. Here there is also a satellite TV, two single sofa beds and air conditioning. The bathroom, which is accessible from the kitchen, is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the kitchen, a door takes you up a stairway to a covered balcony, which offers wonderful views of the coastline and the Bay of Naples. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one has en-suite half bathroom with washbasin and toilet (without shower/bath-tub). One bedroom has the access via the balcony or via a passage from the master bedroom and one via the internal staircase from the lounge. The internal staircase also provides access to the ensuite half bathroom.

From the patio, you can also access a self-contained, air-conditioned annex which sleeps up to 3 people. It has an open plan kitchenette with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, a single sofa-bed and Satellite TV. The internal staircase takes you to the mezzanine level where you find a double bed. It features a spacious, private 60 metre squared terrace with a view of the sea, outdoor furniture and is partly shaded by a walnut tree.
