The villa has many eye-catching features, such as the charming old fireplaces in the kitchen and living room.

Admire the pretty balconies, French windows, and arched doors that adorn the back of the house from the manicured lawn, then look towards the sparkling pool and beyond to the olive and fruit trees interspersed with fragrant lavender. Large white oleander tubs are artfully placed near the terraces, which also house the covered alfresco dining and lounging areas, pool house, and fitness room.

Despite the abundance of attractions on-site, the excellent location near Arles encourages early exploration of a city famous for its fine architecture and fascinating Roman ruins.
Its warmth and wonderful light inspired the artist Vincent Van Gogh, who loved the city and completed many paintings here. There are many fine restaurants to choose from, but dining beneath the plane trees in Place du Forum, where Van Gogh once sat with his easel to paint "Café Terrace at Night," is a memorable experience.

Arles is frequently described as a stepping stone to the seemingly mythical Carmargue, which spans 900 square kilometers and offers horseback riding, trekking, quad biking, and jeep tours.
There are famous wild white horses, lagoons, beaches, pink flamingos, and red salt-pans reaching out to the Mediterranean here.

Les Alpilles Natural Park, with its many trails for rock climbing, horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking, is another great place for families.
Don't miss out on visiting Mausanne or the exquisite Les Baux-de-Provence, one of France's acclaimed 'Plus Beaux Villages,' a grey stoned medieval village perched on a rocky outcrop.
