Outside, the Italian-style garden is equally charming, with stone sculptures, a fountain, and a pretty wrought iron table ideal for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif while gazing down towards the lower part of town.
A swimming pool will also bring you great joy as you cool down in your private outdoor space on hot summer afternoons.

Step outside your door and you'll be near the magnificent Cathédrale Saint-Pierre de Condom in a matter of minutes. Explore the town's narrow lanes, admire the medieval architecture, and dine at one of the many excellent restaurants.
The Wednesday morning market will allow you to sample the seasonal delights of Gascony, and be sure to try the region's famous Grand Armagnac in a charming café-bar.

In the summer, rent small motor boats to float down the river or head into the undulating Gers countryside for canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling, and scenic walks.
Visit the idyllic Gascon villages of Montréal, Fourcès, and Larressingle, all of which have been designated as France's "Plus Beaux Villages," as well as other characterful market towns such as Lectoure, Fleurance, Auch, and Agen.
