One of two new, modern, spacious villas that Cosmic Villas is proud to offer overlooks the stunning Elia Beach.
The home is incredibly comfortable and opulent with a minimalist design, using warm honey-colored stone and classic Mykonian architecture in a fully modern approach.
The utilisation of a range of materials to provide a cosy, opulent atmosphere is superb. Each of the villas is fully private, has superb amenities, and offers truly breath-taking views of the magnificent beach and brilliant blue waters that are framed by colourful, attractive landscaping.
On Mykonos' south coast, Elia Beach is a gorgeous, silvery-white sand beach that is ideal for families. It offers a wide range of activities, eateries, and water taxis that will take you to the other south coast beaches. Mykonos has a lot to offer, including charming, white-washed villages, great beaches, fine dining establishments, and amazing, energetic parties staged by well-known worldwide DJs.
Seven luxurious bedrooms with opulent ensuite bathrooms, as well as incredible indoor and outdoor recreation spaces, can be found in the beautiful home. Each piece of modern, distinctive furniture was carefully chosen for its specific location. The villa is 340 sqm in size, making it incredibly roomy.
The terrace, pool, and sea are all visible from the open-concept living and dining area. It is a beautiful, sophisticated room with a painted beam ceiling that is typical of Mykonian design. The lighting fixtures are stunning and lovely. The kitchen is modern, spotless, and fully furnished. The bathrooms are wonderful, with the usual curves in a variety of materials, including plaster, cement, wood, and various shades of stone or grey. Some are chalk-white. Unlike Mykonos, one of them is even green!
On gorgeous worktops, chiselled stone sinks are placed. There are numerous instances of excellent detail work. Although they are next to one another, some of the bedrooms have double beds and others have twin beds. It is incredibly simple to prepare your morning cup of coffee without leaving your bedroom because some of the bedrooms also include kitchenettes. The villa has a fantastic, fully-stocked gym.
On the magnificent patio and outdoor living area outside, you will be welcomed by a warm, luminous atmosphere. The lounge and covered outdoor eating area are beautiful and evocative. The infinity pool with its jacuzzi and underwater windows leading to the bedrooms is in front of you, and the stone walls are also very lovely. It is a distinctive quality. The pool is surrounded by luxurious bean bag couches and loungers.
There are numerous locations to unwind and appreciate this unique house. The lighting is highly creative and creates a mystical atmosphere at night. You may anticipate many wonderful, relaxed evenings with the outdoor audio system!

The beaches on the south coast are more sheltered, and some are highly organised party beaches.
Windsurfers and kitesurfers tend to head for the beaches on the north coast with their challenging winds and surf. The beaches of Kalo Livadi, Agrari, Platys Gialos, Kalafatis are all very popular. The trendy beach bars of Paradise Beach and Super Paradise Beach are the famous for their cocktails and international DJ’s once the sun has gone down. Until the morning hours, party revellers will be out in full force. There are a number of dive and windsurfing schools that are based on Platys Gialos, Kalafatis and Paradise Beaches. There is a colourful marine life to explore as well as two shipwrecks.
Sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the watersports, the Mykonos Tennis Club and of course the villa’s fantastic gym. Cyclists can attend organised tours of the island with Yummy Pedals to explore the hidden beaches and the lush interior of the island.
Highlights of the vibrant Mykonos Town are the whitewashed Paraportiani Church which is just one of the 800 chapels and churches in Mykonos, the waterside Little Venice which is buzzing with chic bars next to the water and souvenir and jewellery shops, the picturesque windmills hugging the hillside above Little Venice and the wonderful bougainvillaea-draped Matogliani Street famous for designer shopping. The gourmet dining scene rivals any of the Greek islands. Mykonos Town is charming. It is a warren of narrow streets decked with bars and cafes.
Other attractions of Mykonos are the picturesque whitewashed villages such as Ano Mera with its wonderful monasteries and rustic-chic vibe and boat trips to the sacred island of Delos. There is also a microbrewery that you can visit. Mykonos Brewing Company boasts six wine-barrel aged craft beers that you can taste and purchase.
