This gorgeous property is offered by Cosmic Villas.
It was constructed in 2011 using lovely honey-colored stone, and its distinctive design makes the most of its stunning, private setting overlooking the lovely Elia Beach. The beach is reached by a private route.
The large (2200 sqm) site offers numerous terraces to take in the amazing views. The lagoon-like infinity pool is one of a kind. The house has 4 beautiful bedrooms, three of which are in the main villa and the fourth in a 40 square metre guest suite. It provides ideal entertainment area both inside and outside while accommodating up to 10 guests in the utmost luxury.
On the south coast of Mykonos, Elia Beach is fantastic. It has glistening silvery-white sand, clear sea, sun loungers and umbrellas, water sports, and top-notch cafés. It welcomes LGBT people as well as families. Ibiza's rival in Greece is the island of Mykonos.
There is no sleep on the island. DJs arrive to the delight of partygoers, but this lovely island also has a darker side. With beautiful beaches, magnificent sunsets, charming whitewashed villages, many chapels and churches, amazing windmills, and a verdant interior, it is lovely.
The home provides peace and complete solitude in lovely, serene surroundings. It instantly puts a smile on your face and makes you feel at home thanks to its graceful fusion of Mykonian and regional beach house components. Shower walls, sitting arrangements, and shelving configurations are all curved. The stairs themselves are curved!
The stark white walls, the abundance of driftwood, the gorgeous, vibrant red kitchen appliances and artwork, the honey-colored stone, and the brilliant blue of the sky and sea all contrast brilliantly. The villa's beach theme permeates every room, creating a cosy and friendly atmosphere.
The villa's ground floor is open concept, with a wonderful, comfortable living area, terrific dining, and a contemporary, cheerful kitchen. The gorgeous decorations and artwork tie the space together. Additionally, there is a shower room downstairs. The stunning master bedroom, which has an ensuite shower room, and the two double bedrooms, which share a gorgeous, spotless bathroom, are located on the first floor. Slippers and lovely spa items are offered to guests.
Beyond the living space is a lovely covered outdoor eating area that looks out into the gorgeous pool. Huge and ideal for wonderful suppers in these breathtaking surroundings, the built-in BBQ is enormous. Beautiful and making the outdoor ambiance even more serene is the lagoon-style pool.
The garden is really attractive and has thoughtfully arranged vegetation. Built-in seating areas decorated with vibrant cushions maintain the traditional, relaxing contours outside. Luxury chaise lounges are positioned on the various terraces and around the pool. Even a tiny bar has been incorporated into the magnificent stone walls.
With two double bedrooms, a gorgeous ensuite bathroom, and easy access to the balcony, the separate guest house is adorable and welcoming. A tiny family would benefit greatly from this. In this magnificent property, you can always find a serene, charming nook, whether you prefer sun or shade!

The property was built in a vast, totally private plot overlooking the stunning azure waters of Mykonos towards the nearby islands of Naxos, Paros and Antiparos, a 5-minute walk down a private path to the beautiful Elia Beach. Elia is a family-friendly long stretch of silver sand offering watersports and beach dining. It is very popular. Close by are the lovely beaches of Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis and Agrari.
Agrari is the next-door beach to Elia. It is peaceful and popular with the locals as well as tourists. Kalafatis offers many watersports as well as a windsurfing school. Windsurfers and kitesurfers who adore the thrill of the wind are drawn to the beaches on the north of the island.
Mykonos Town is upmarket, very attractive and boasts chic cocktail bars, swanky restaurants, designer boutiques and jewellery shops. There are also whitewashed gems such as the gorgeous, unique and special Paraportiani Church which is featured widely on postcards.
The bougainvillaea-draped Matogliani Street is famous for designer shopping, including many Greek designers. Little Venice is right on the sea edge and is very popular for sun-downers. You will get some amazing photographs here as the sun goes down. The cocktails and champagne are not too bad either! Just above Little Venice are the famous windmills that also adorn the postcards of Mykonos.
The picturesque Ano Mera village is a very short drive from the villa. The wonderful, restored Panagia Tourlaina Monastery houses holy icons and paintings and features a marble bell tower with intricate folk carvings, dating back from the 18th century.
One kilometre southeast is the 12th-century Monastery of Paleokastro so you could visit both on the same day. It is situated in one of the greenest spots on the island. Ano Mera has a traditional, warm atmosphere and has a fresh produce market on the main square selling excellent local cheeses. It it the island’s place of choice for Sunday brunch. The cobbled, narrow streets are very pretty, and the whitewashed buildings have splashes of vibrant colours. Get your camera ready!
